Home Tips To Assist With Reduced Vision

Consider purchasing an adjustable gooseneck lamp to read or sew and use fluorescent or incandescent lights that reduce glare, whichever works best for you.

Consider purchasing brightly colored tableware instead of clear or white, which blends into a counter or tablecloth.

Use a night light in your bedroom and bathroom.

Use sufficient lighting on stairways and steps so not to have shadows that could cause you to misstep and trip or fall.
