Dr. Charles Vygantas is a board-certified Ophthalmologist in private practice. He specializes in retinal and vitreous diseases and is well-known in the Chicago area. He is a past president of the Chicago Ophthalmologist and a long time, dedicated member of the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness.
